Dialogue free game?

Added a bunch of options in the settings, to improve performance and lower the game's requirements.

Disabling visual & weather effects, and limiting max FPS. 💨

Then... as I was contemplating what more I can add... I made an option to remove all dialogues from cutscenes. XD
