To include mother, or not to include mother?

Finally got around to finishing the main sprite for the mother. 📐

Though, unsure if I want to include and make her playable in the Arcade. (As I'd want to add exclusions for her, to not be able to run like the others, or be able to launch videogames.) 🥛
